18th place in Aragon MotoGP after late bike swap due to rain
September 28th, 2014
I was a lap later  coming in to change bike so I lost a lot of time. It's not been easy and Barbera going onto the Ducati has meant he's stepped up so there's only four CRT bikes now at the back and Petrucci has been quick this weekend, Michael caught up in qualifying. I think that it's not gone too bad and I'm in the position where I expected to be. It's just a case of counting down the races to the end of the year. We don't have anything new so it's just a case of getting the best out of the package. Petrucci has now got a ride for next year and Aprilia are putting a lot behind him so he'll be more difficult to beat for the rest of the season. I hope that it helps for next year. I'm waiting on Birdy but I'm also talking to Yamaha and another team in BSB. I've had offers from IDM and I've talked about some test riding stuff. I'm hoping to have something done before the fly away races and I'd like to go to BSB and get on a bike that can be competitive and be with a top team that can help me win. That's my number ...   Read more...
