Broc to complete 2016 MCE BSB season with ePayMe Yamaha & THM Motorsport
August 3rd, 2016
I am really happy to be coming back to the championship with the ePayMe Yamaha team because I feel like we have some unfinished business after Snetterton. I think for me it couldn’t be a better track to come back to, as I have had World Supersport race wins and also podiums in BSB on the Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit. I feel that I instantly gelled with the team at Snetterton and we had a really good pace throughout free practice and qualifying so I know what we can do, it was just really unfortunate I couldn’t show it in the races as I got taken out on the first lap. I want to come back and prove I am capable of being up there fighting in BSB and I want to gain the respect so I can try and return next season alongside racing in the World Endurance series.

4th at Suzuka 8hr feels like a win, YART 2nd in Endurance World Championship 2016
August 1st, 2016
Honestly we did not expect the result that we got. Kohta really stepped up today and we couldn’t have hoped for a better result because we couldn’t have done better than that. The top three were quite a bit further away but we were the top regular endurance team so fourth was the ideal spot today. I had to do quite a bit of work, I rode half the race, but I felt like I needed to do it so I could finish in the dark and keep the gap because it was so close between fourth and seventh and we could easily have slipped back. It’s good for the championship points; it’s really close at the top so coming to Oschersleben for the final round things could be interesting as we're only 8 points behind the lead. It’s a track I like well and the bike works well there so we can have a go at the championship title.

Reflection on Snetterton BSB standing in at EPayMe Yamaha THM Motorsports
July 12th, 2016
It was a disappointing way to end the weekend really as it had been great working with all the ePayMe Yamaha guys at Snetterton. I was feeling really good on the bike from the start of the weekend and I think we would have had a good opportunity to end the weekend with some strong results. I didn’t have to change hardly anything on the bike during the weekend and despite not getting too much dry practice laps in the bag, we were able to be in that top nine for Superpole ending and seventh on the grid which was a good feeling. Unfortunately I got punted off on the first lap as there was quite a lot of action at turn two! It pushed me onto the grass and the bike landed on top of me; it was a stupid little crash but it left me feeling a bit beaten up so that is why we didn’t start race two. I really enjoyed working with the team though and would like to have another crack at it, so I need to thank them for all their hard work over the weekend. Now I fly back to Japan to test with YART for the Suzuka 8 hour which is at the end of the month.
